7.6.8
This section presents the changes between the previous firmware version of Veronte MC110, v7.4.6, and this firmware version, v7.6.8. For further details, please consult the Service Bulletin nº 00014.
Added
- The bit system variable "Temperature Sensor Error = 757" was implemented to detect temperature sensor failures, such as stale data, out-of-range values, or slew rate exceedance.
- The STANAG 4586 communication address is now configurable through PDI = 380. This address will be used as the default communication address as long as it remains valid; otherwise, the physical address will be used.
- A "MotorRPM Command Message Timed-out = 748" was added to the telemetry variables to detect when the input RPM message is not received within a configurable timeout period.
Improved
- A temperature monitor for motor temperature calculations was included to ensure awareness of the sensors health.
- PDI error enhancement to ensure error triggering when an erroneus input is configured.
